Etablissement Public d’Aménagement du Mantois Seine Aval (EPAMSA)

The Etablissement Public d’Aménagement du Mantois Seine Aval (EPAMSA) is the statutory body in charge of managing the Opération d’Intérêt National (OIN) Seine Aval programme. The French government, the Conseil régional d’Ile-de-France, the Conseil général des Yvelines and the 51 municipalities and 5 groupings of municipalities situated in the downstream Seine area are all involved in this OIN. The project’s main goals are:

  • Economic development, and specifically technological and industrial development;
  • Housing, with a target of 2,500 new homes built per year;
  • Improving the transport network and the range of transport options;
  • Enhancing the environment and meeting environmental standards.

EPAMSA is also in charge of managing the urban regeneration programmes in Chanteloup-les-Vignes and in the Mantes area.
